Salary: USD 177,000 - 300,000 / annual
Hex is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the vision for analytical features including notebooks, dashboarding, and conversational AI interfaces. This is a high-impact role at a growth-stage, product-led company that has recently launched successful AI features (Threads and Notebook Agent) and is looking to sustain momentum.
In this role, you will own a product area end-to-end and be responsible for defining a coherent vision that resonates with customers. Key responsibilities include conducting early discovery to identify high-impact problems worth solving, engaging deeply with customers to understand their workflows and pain points, performing competitive research in the data and analytics space, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver features. You'll also learn from the sales process to understand what's resonating in the market.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, product-engaged Solutions/Sales Engineer, or customer-engaged Engineer. You should have demonstrated ability to work with technical products and dive deep into complex systems. Given Hex's growth-stage status, the company values PMs who can ship quickly and iterate. Experience or strong interest in data and analytics is preferred.
