Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager to own the multi-cloud strategy for model safeguards, fraud defenses, and compliance across Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud's Agent Platform, and Microsoft Foundry. This is a strategic role bridging product, policy, and operations at scale. Key responsibilities include: **Model Safety Across Clouds:** Own the multi-cloud roadmap for safeguards including data retention, automated review, human review, and enforcement tailored to each partner's operating model. Design product experiences for managing eligibility criteria, verification paths, and controls for higher-trust organizations. Build threat-intelligence sharing with AWS, Google, and Microsoft to detect and act on misuse consistently. Drive transparency commitments to customers and partners on data access, review, and enforcement. **Fraud & Abuse:** Own fraud and abuse defenses for partner-sold offerings including bot and mass-registration abuse, pre- and post-sale risk controls, and chargebacks. Define fraud signals exchanged with cloud partners and translate them into product requirements influencing growth initiatives. **Cross-functional Leadership:** Engage directly with enterprise security, risk, and compliance leaders to understand requirements and prioritize roadmap items. Serve as Anthropic's product counterpart to trust & safety, security, and compliance teams at AWS, Google, and Microsoft. Collaborate with Safeguards, Inference, Policy, Security, Legal, and multi-cloud engineering teams to ship coherent controls across three clouds. Partner with sales and partnerships on enterprise evaluations where data-handling and safety are decisive. Work with marketing and partner teams on external positioning of safeguards. Minimum qualifications: 10+ years experience with 5+ years in platform product roles on high-scale, enterprise- or developer-facing software. Operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a track record of cross-team execution. Excellent written communicator who can drive clarity from complexity. Fluent in both policy nuance and systems detail, able to explain tradeoffs to lawyers, engineers, go-to-market teams, and partner executives. Preferred: Prior trust & safety, security, privacy, or compliance product experience. Built or shipped products with a hyper-scaler partner. Owned top-line revenue targets while managing counter-risk outcomes (fraud-loss, abuse rate, compliance authorization). Direct experience on trust & safety or fraud teams at AWS, GCP, or Azure, or at ISVs shipping through their marketplaces. Background in AI safety, content moderation, or abuse-detection systems. Designed incident-response or escalation processes spanning multiple companies.
