Wizard is an AI Shopping Agent that helps consumers discover and compare products across the web using AI reasoning and real-time commerce data. The company is building a merchant platform to connect retailers, brands, catalogs, pricing, availability, and checkout into a seamless ecosystem. As Product Manager for Merchant Experience, you will own the merchant-side strategy and roadmap for Wizard's AI shopping platform. Your responsibilities include defining the vision for merchant onboarding, catalog management, pricing, promotions, inventory, reporting, and analytics capabilities. You'll build products that help merchants maximize visibility, conversion, and revenue while ensuring consumers receive the best shopping experience. Key responsibilities: - Own the merchant platform vision, strategy, and product roadmap - Build merchant-facing products including onboarding flows, dashboard, analytics, and reporting - Define experiences around catalog management, pricing, promotions, inventory, APIs, and integrations - Partner with Merchant Partnerships to translate retailer feedback into scalable product capabilities - Collaborate with Engineering to build APIs and integrations that simplify retailer onboarding - Work with AI and Search teams to improve how merchant data is surfaced and ranked - Partner with Data to define metrics, dashboards, and reporting that power merchant decision-making - Drive initiatives around merchant adoption, catalog quality, conversion, and monetization - Establish KPIs for merchant growth, engagement, retention, and revenue - Meet regularly with strategic merchants to validate product direction You bring 5–8+ years of product management experience in commerce, marketplace, retail technology, ecommerce, or payments. You have deep understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, product catalogs, pricing, promotions, inventory, checkout, APIs, and merchant integrations. You're experienced building merchant-facing or B2B products that drive adoption and monetization. Experience building dashboards, analytics products, or data-driven customer products is highly preferred. You're analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive working cross-functionally with engineering, design, AI, data, partnerships, and go-to-market teams.
