Traba is building an AI operating layer for the light industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor staffing for manufacturing and logistics. The company has embedded itself in customer operations through a workforce marketplace connecting workers to warehouses and manufacturing facilities across the country.
As Product Manager for the Marketplace, you will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's two-sided marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise customers (distribution centers, manufacturing lines) and workers, where every product decision impacts supply, demand, fulfillment, and marketplace health.
Key responsibilities include architecting product strategy across staffing and marketplace workflows; solving complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with engineering to execute; building systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency; using data to uncover patterns and answer critical questions; translating operational complexity into scalable product systems; designing internal tooling and technical solutions to scale operations; launching and iterating products across customers and regions; and communicating complex ideas across all levels and departments.
You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product designers, data analysts, other product managers, operations teams, and field teams to design and ship practical solutions into industrial facilities. This role reports directly to the VP of Product.
The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, spending time on-site with both customers and workers; AI-native, having changed how they work because of AI; experienced in two-sided marketplaces with real supply and demand dynamics; skilled at building enterprise B2B products for complex customers with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles; a first-principles thinker who understands systems and constraints; experienced building operational products and internal tools; a builder with a scrappy, inventive problem-solving mentality; and deeply collaborative across functions.
