You will own the product direction for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain team's ontology and data products. This role involves defining what to build, why, and in what order—transforming complex operational domains into clear data models and product surfaces that engineers can ship against.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product direction, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for ontology and data products serving manufacturing and supply chain workflows
- Translating messy manufacturing and supply chain domains into clear data models, specifications, and product surfaces
- Partnering with engineers on technical tradeoffs and shipping end-to-end solutions
- Working with manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders to understand domain requirements and validate solutions
- Defining and tracking metrics that demonstrate real product leverage
You should have 3+ years of technical product management experience, ideally with data, platform, or ontology products. Strong technical product sense is essential—you'll need to work effectively with engineers on system design tradeoffs and communicate complex ideas clearly through written specs and prioritization rationale. You're comfortable with ambiguity and can define structure in undefined spaces. A track record of shipping products with measurable impact is required.
Nice-to-have experience includes exposure to manufacturing operations, supply chain, logistics systems, or building LLM-powered applications.
