LSP44 is an AI-native agent and API infrastructure platform for logistics service providers (3PLs, freight forwarders, brokers). Built on a decade of logistics data (280,000+ carriers, 1.5B shipments, 706M daily carrier events), LSP44 enables LSPs to embed AI agents and developer capabilities directly into their products and workflows. The company is a spinoff of project44's original infrastructure, launched profitably with nine of the world's ten largest logistics providers already running on it.
You'll join a small, senior product team as a hands-on Product Manager owning areas across the LSP44 agent portfolio—carrier procurement, rate & quote, dispatch, exception recovery, visibility, documents, and freight audit. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define strategy and roadmaps grounded in direct customer conversations and operational realities of how logistics service providers work, embed, and buy.
Key responsibilities include: defining product strategy and roadmaps for one or more agent portfolio areas; partnering daily with engineering teams (including forward-deployed engineers working on-site with customers) to translate operational context into shipped product; working with sales and marketing to understand market dynamics and customer needs; and critically evaluating AI outputs and governance. You'll own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, working at the speed LSPs demand—shipping in days rather than quarters.
The role requires hands-on AI fluency: you should identify where AI adds value, direct it effectively, evaluate outputs critically, and govern it responsibly. While not a data scientist role, you'll need to understand AI capabilities and limitations deeply enough to guide product decisions. This is a builder role on a profitable, fast-moving team with real customers and proven market fit.
