Plaid is seeking a Product Manager for Link Growth to own conversion optimization and evolution of Link, Plaid's flagship consumer-facing product used by over half of all US adults. Link is the primary revenue driver for Plaid and serves as the front door to the company's products. In this role, you will define the roadmap for sign-up conversion with quarterly and half-year goals, partnering with cross-functional teams to execute and iterate. You'll drive prioritization and execution cycles (build, measure, iterate), identify opportunities through consumer feedback and data analysis, and collaborate with design, research, data science, ML, legal, and compliance teams. A key focus area is making Link compatible with AI-company use cases, as there is a massive uptick in AI-driven fintech products launching. You'll have direct revenue impact through conversion improvements and will work in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment. Plaid powers financial connectivity for thousands of companies including Venmo, SoFi, Fortune 500 companies, and major banks. The company's network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe. Plaid is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Seattle, Washington D.C., Raleigh, London, and Amsterdam. QUALIFICATIONS: - 2-5 years of product management experience, with focus on consumer onboarding, growth, or related products - Demonstrated success launching consumer-facing features through rapid experimentation with measurable impact on user journey metrics - Ability to communicate complex concepts succinctly to broad audiences to drive decisions - Proven track record driving roadmap and prioritization exercises with clear measurable impact - Strong opinions on both UX and data - Thrive in high-ownership, high-velocity culture with willingness to speak up regardless of organizational level
