N26 is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product strategy and execution for the Investments vertical, a core wealth-building offering. The role sits at the intersection of UX, product strategy, and financial engineering, requiring you to translate complex market mechanics and regulatory requirements into simple, engaging products for retail investors. You will take full ownership of your team's roadmap, translating strategic priorities into well-defined outcomes. Key responsibilities include driving the complete product development lifecycle—from user research and technical scoping through engineering delivery, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch iteration. You will act as the central operational node connecting engineering, design, compliance, legal, and external B2B partners to ship scalable, compliant products safely and swiftly. The Investments team builds accessible, transparent products spanning stocks, ETFs, crypto, and managed portfolios. You will dive deep into user behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities, optimize customer journeys, and continuously refine the portfolio. Success requires strong stakeholder relationships across the organization and the ability to navigate complex financial ecosystems while maintaining regulatory compliance. N26 is a Berlin-headquartered digital banking platform with 1,500+ employees across multiple European offices. The company has reimagined banking through technology and design, eliminating physical branches and hidden fees for an elegant digital experience. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping complex digital products end-to-end - Experience within Investments or Fintech is a strong plus - Strategic thinker who can craft long-term product vision while executing effectively in the short term - Thrives in entrepreneurial environments with high independence and operational excellence - Deep care for UX and ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive customer journeys - Strong cross-functional and stakeholder leadership skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels - Experience navigating complex financial ecosystems and collaborating with engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and finance teams - Ability to manage external B2B relationships - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to interpret investment data, market trends, and user behavior to inform decisions
