project44 is a supply chain AI platform that transforms fragmented logistics data into real-time, actionable insights. The company's Decision Intelligence Platform, Movement, helps global enterprises connect instantly, see clearly, act decisively, and automate intelligently across their supply chains.
As Product Manager, Interoperability, you will own the design and strategy for how project44 connects to the systems its customers, logistics service providers, and partners rely on—defining which systems we ingest data from, which we egress to, and the business rules governing workflows between them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Map as-is and to-be workflows for order-to-cash, transportation planning, and supply/demand planning lifecycles
- Define system-to-system data flows for integration patterns (ERP, TMS/WMS, EDI/API feeds, cloud data warehouses)
- Write business design documents, PRDs, and specifications that clearly communicate integration requirements to engineering
- Own success metrics and acceptance criteria for each workflow before build begins, and validate post-launch
- Conduct structured discovery with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering)
- Partner with Data/Platform Engineering to validate workflow designs against cloud data warehouse patterns (Snowflake, Databricks)
- Prioritize and sequence interoperability roadmap work, balancing one-off customer requests against scalable, reusable patterns
- Act as the source of truth for interoperability definitions, resolving ambiguity before it reaches engineering
- Understand MCP interoperability fundamentals and LLM-to-LLM system interoperability goals
You'll work in a high-performance, globally distributed team headquartered in Chicago with a second HQ in Bengaluru. The company emphasizes AI fluency across all roles—you're expected to actively leverage AI in your day-to-day work with intent, curiosity, and judgment.
