Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. As Product Manager for International Payments, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ramp's cross-border payments capabilities, leading a core team of engineers and designers to build global money movement products. Your scope spans four critical areas: (1) Cross-border payments and FX—owning the experience and infrastructure for sending and receiving international payments across currencies and geographies, including FX pricing, rate transparency, settlement speed, and reliability across multiple payment rails; (2) Global partner ecosystem—evaluating, integrating, and managing banking, FX, and local payment service partners to expand coverage, improve unit economics, and unlock new corridors; (3) Compliance and risk infrastructure—partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to design scalable KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory frameworks; and (4) New market expansion—launching international capabilities in new geographies while navigating local regulations, licensing requirements, and operational constraints. You will drive high-velocity execution balancing data-driven decision-making with principled intuition, marry customer insights with technical possibilities to craft intuitive user experiences, and stay deeply plugged into AI research and industry trends. The role requires collaborating across internal teams, understanding customers and technology deeply, and delivering financial products that streamline complex business flows. Required: BA/BS in a technical or analytical field, minimum 3 years product management experience, strong customer empathy and design thinking, fluency in data-driven decision-making, demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers and designers, excellent communication skills, and passion for AI shown through hands-on building or prototyping. Nice-to-haves include experience in fast-paced startups, payments products, regulated markets, or products with significant AI components leveraging LLMs.
