Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is seeking a Product Manager for Internal Tools to build and scale internal platforms and back-end systems supporting the operations ecosystem. You will own end-to-end delivery of internal tooling that enables operational teams—including promotions, rewards, loyalty, and customer support—through intuitive, scalable, data-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities include defining back-office and operational requirements, writing clear user stories and product requirements, and partnering with operations, analytics, UI/UX, and engineering teams to identify system gaps and translate needs into scalable solutions. You will support chatbot and AI initiatives by collaborating on use cases, workflows, and automation that enable intelligent support experiences. You'll use data and operational insights to inform roadmap priorities and measure success against KPIs.
You will design internal user flows and operational journeys to ensure high-quality, efficient tooling. Partner with engineering to build scalable Salesforce-based workflows and additional internal platforms that improve operational efficiency. Work with third-party partners to enhance internal tools and capabilities. Contribute to go-to-market planning for internal tool launches, ensuring operational readiness and successful adoption. Develop deep understanding of the FBG platform, operational processes, and the role internal tools play in enabling real-money gaming experiences. Operate with high autonomy in problem discovery, requirements definition, and delivery while aligning with senior product leadership.
Required: 3+ years as a Product Manager in agile, B2C digital product organizations; 3+ years owning end-to-end product features including back-office workflows, backend requirements, data needs, and front-end functionality. Preferred: experience building products for internal/operational users (promotions, customer support, risk, compliance, content teams); familiarity with Salesforce, CRM/CMS platforms; exposure to AI, automation, or chatbot initiatives; strong partnership skills with engineering teams; excellent written and verbal communication.
