Atoms is building Physical AI and real-world robotics systems for industries that move civilization forward, including food, mining, and transport. Within Atoms, Otter is the digital infrastructure platform for better food, helping restaurants simplify complexity, grow their business, and deliver great experiences across all channels. As Product Manager for Otter's Integrations & Ecosystem domain, you will own the connectivity engine that powers all third-party integrations in the Otter ecosystem—a system linking Otter to dozens of partner platforms while maintaining authentication, reliability, and scale. Key responsibilities include: • Define ecosystem health metrics (usage, attach rate, retention lift, connection health) and build reporting/instrumentation to track them • Own the technical roadmap for a unified, self-healing integration engine with a reliable interface for every third-party connection, including credential management, session persistence, health monitoring, and automated recovery • Partner with engineering to design systems that survive partner-side auth changes and session expiry using adaptive retry and rotation strategies • Own the detect-and-recover loop for broken connections—define failure signals per integration, instrument early detection, and build automated re-establishment flows • Onboard new partner platforms (POS, delivery, payments, inventory, etc.) into the engine, defining integration contracts, connection patterns (OAuth/SSO, credential-based, webhooks), and certification standards • Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Security, Design, Business Development, and GTM to balance partner coverage against reliability, compliance, and legal requirements You bring 8–10 years of product management experience with direct ownership of technical platforms, developer products, or integrations/connectivity systems. You have technical fluency in integration architecture (OAuth/SSO, credential management, session/token lifecycle, webhook design, bidirectional data sync). You have a proven track record owning system reliability at scale—defining SLOs, instrumenting health, and driving mean-time-to-recovery through automated healing. You can lead cross-functional initiatives and have experience in restaurants, retail, or similarly complex verticals.
