Salary: CAD 130,000 - 145,000 / annual

Lightspeed is seeking a Product Manager III for Seller Experience to lead the B2B selling strategy and product development for NuORDER by Lightspeed, a wholesale marketplace platform serving global brands and retailers. This is a senior product role focused on the seller/supply-side experience, owning the complete B2B transaction lifecycle from product listing through payment and fulfillment. Key responsibilities include: driving the overarching B2B selling strategy and value proposition for brands on the NuORDER platform; partnering with diverse global brands (from emerging labels to enterprise powerhouses) to understand their needs and design best-in-class wholesale selling experiences; managing the end-to-end selling journey and transaction lifecycle; and taking direct product ownership of critical functional areas including Brand Profiles, Buyer Management, Insights, Checkout Experience, Invoicing, B2B Payments, and Order Tracking. You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate strategic vision into roadmaps and PRDs, launching features that drive measurable business impact across funnel and revenue metrics. Required qualifications: minimum 5 years of proven product management experience with exceptional mastery of PM craft; strong commercial focus and "PM as CEO" mindset; strategic and innovative thinking with ability to solve complex problems; exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills; deep grounding in metrics and user-centric decision-making; solid understanding of UX principles and A/B testing methodologies; and proven experience in Big Tech environments with track record of building and scaling complex products from zero to one.
