As Product Manager for Global Accounts & Payment Rails, you will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for Thunes' collections and settlement capabilities, with a focus on accelerating Business Payments. You are responsible for defining the roadmap, conducting market validation, translating technical requirements, and driving go-to-market execution.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product Strategy & Vision**: Define and own the strategic roadmap for Global Accounts and local payment rail integration products. Develop comprehensive product documentation including feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
**Payment Rail Execution**: Lead the product implementation lifecycle for integrations with global and domestic payment schemes (SEPA, Faster Payments System, ACH, Direct Debit, FedNow, UPI, PIX, etc.). Translate technical and operational scheme requirements into product features and integration specifications. Ensure compliance, regulatory adherence, and reconciliation standards for cross-border money movement.
**Business Payments Acceleration**: Benchmark and accelerate settlement times across key corridors by minimizing intermediary bank involvement and leveraging real-time payment systems. Drive product features enhancing traceability, transparency, and enriched remittance data. Develop solutions for flexible payment initiation and bulk processing for high-volume B2X use cases (supplier payments, payroll, marketplace collections).
**Stakeholder Collaboration**: Serve as primary product expert, working closely with Network, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure operational readiness, liquidity management, and regulatory compliance. Champion the product internally and externally to drive adoption and market impact.
The role requires deep understanding of global payments landscape, regulatory requirements, clearing and settlement mechanisms, and technical complexities of connecting to diverse national payment schemes. You will be an end-to-end owner from ideation through continuous performance feedback.
