Oula Health is a venture-backed, Series B maternity and gynecology care company partnering with major health systems (Mount Sinai, Stamford Health, Novant Health) to embed midwifery-led OB-GYN care directly into their networks. With 4 clinics today and 3 more launching in 2026, the company is scaling rapidly across the tri-state area and beyond.
This Product Manager role sits at the critical intersection of product, operations, and health system integration. You'll own the day-to-day health of Oula's core technology stack—EHR (Athena and Epic), patient portal, and care management platform—serving as the internal and external subject matter expert on clinical systems and health system integrations.
Key responsibilities include: (1) EHR Configuration & Clinical Systems—managing Athena and Epic configuration end-to-end (clinical templates, order sets, lab configs, payer connectivity), leading FHIR/HL7 data exchange and health system IT coordination, and maintaining configuration integrity as new markets launch; (2) Product Operations & Launch—owning bug intake and prioritization, building launch toolkits and training materials, coordinating end-to-end rollouts, and identifying automation opportunities; (3) Standards & Knowledge Management—building and maintaining clinical systems SOPs so new market setup is repeatable and documented, developing onboarding materials for clinic managers and staff, and driving feature parity across markets; (4) Data & Reporting—building dashboards tracking feature adoption and issue resolution, developing quarterly reporting for leadership and health system partners, and ensuring data infrastructure measures feature impact.
You'll work closely with midwives and clinicians to understand why clinical templates matter, translate that into actionable engineering tickets, and build repeatable processes so future launches don't require your presence in every room. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can bridge clinical and technical worlds, and is passionate about improving women's healthcare delivery.
