As Product Manager for Enterprise Controls, you will own the product strategy and execution for governance, compliance, and administration features of Mistral's AI Platform. Your scope spans User Access & Identity Management (RBAC, SSO, SCIM), Framework Consistency (SDK, APIs), Audit & Compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001), and Platform Administration & Billing.
This is a foundational role: Mistral has already secured contracts with industry leaders like ASML, CMA-CGM, and Stellantis—all with rigorous IT and compliance requirements. Your work will directly enable platform adoption at enterprise scale.
Key responsibilities include setting the product vision for Enterprise Readiness, identifying market gaps through research, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, championing user experience through design collaboration, developing go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining a dynamic roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term initiatives.
You will need 7+ years of Product Management experience in competitive, ambiguous environments, ideally with generative AI, LLMs, or ML-driven products. Strong technical acumen is essential to partner effectively with engineering. You should demonstrate user obsession, cross-functional influence without direct authority, and problem-solving skills that balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. Clear communication, adaptability, and a collaborative, low-ego mindset are critical. Experience with product-led growth strategies, founder or early-stage PM background, and ability to prototype or code when needed are valued.
