Xona Space Systems is seeking an Ecosystem Product Manager to scale the Pulsar ecosystem and advance resilient satellite navigation technology. Pulsar is the world's most advanced Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) satellite infrastructure in Low Earth Orbit, offering centimeter-level precision, superior power efficiency, and robust protection as a future-proof, backwards-compatible global positioning system. In this role, you will own partner integrations and drive successful adoption of Xona's services across third-party devices, including GNSS receivers, simulators, and user equipment. You will serve as the technical point of contact for ecosystem partners, leading integrations of Pulsar into GNSS simulators, receivers, and related platforms. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders—technology providers, integrators, and research organizations—while motivating partners, resolving roadblocks, and delivering results. You will lead partner-side coordination through the Pulsar Verified program, ensuring alignment across external stakeholders and that both internal and external teams have the information and support needed. You'll collaborate with internal technical teams in engineering and software development to identify and resolve integration challenges, monitor project progress, and contribute hands-on when required. Additionally, you will gather strategic insights to inform the broader product roadmap, ensuring Pulsar evolves with partner considerations in mind. You'll maintain clear, well-structured documentation capturing feedback, decision rationale, implementation details, and ongoing learnings. The ideal candidate is a tactical problem-solver comfortable operating at startup speed, with strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts related to GNSS, satellite navigation, and satellite-based positioning technologies.
