Archer Technologies is an aerospace company building all-electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for sustainable air mobility. As Product Manager for Digital Technology, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise digital products that enable Archer's systems, engineering operations, and corporate functions to scale. You will report to the Head of DTO PMO / SoC and operate at the intersection of technology, business transformation, and operational excellence. This is a senior product leadership role requiring strategic thinking, cross-functional alignment, and execution discipline. Key responsibilities include: - Define product vision and multi-quarter roadmaps for digital platforms (enterprise systems, infrastructure tooling, AI workflows, operational applications) - Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, InfoSec, and Compliance to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into product increments - Establish outcome-driven KPIs tied to business value: efficiency gains, risk reduction, automation, compliance maturity, user adoption - Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and business case development through launch, adoption, and optimization - Drive disciplined backlog prioritization aligned to annual operating plan, capacity, and enterprise risk posture - Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, SOX, and ITGC requirements across all systems - Champion scalable product governance with intake frameworks, stage gates, dashboards, and executive reporting - Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights and structured trade-off analysis - Collaborate with PMO, architecture, and engineering to ensure delivery predictability and value realization Required qualifications: 8+ years in product management, digital transformation, or enterprise technology with demonstrated ownership of complex platforms. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, HRIS, security tooling). Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to build business cases and quantify ROI. Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and technology controls. Ability to influence at Director/VP level in matrixed environments. Strong communication across technical, operational, and executive audiences. Experience in structured PMO and agile/hybrid delivery models. Bonus: aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or hardware industry experience; AI-enabled enterprise tools; cybersecurity frameworks; rapid growth scaling; C-suite partnership; 4+ years digital technology infrastructure at OEM/Tier 1 aerospace, automotive, or defense company.
