Auxilius builds clinical trial financial management software that helps pharmaceutical companies control trial costs, manage financial risk, and optimize R&D spend. The company serves 100+ customers and is at an inflection point where product decisions have significant market impact. You will own the data moat end-to-end: how external data integrates into Auxilius, how it's modeled and connected, and how users query and act on it. The role spans three pillars: Integrations, Data Platform, and Activation + AI. Integrations: Own how external data flows into the platform. Drive the integration roadmap, consolidating and optimizing ERP, EDC, CTMS, TMF, and FP&A system integrations. Scope new integrations, partner with engineering on builds, and manage delivery end-to-end. Communicate directly with sponsor IT and technical teams during implementation. Data Platform: PM the internal data strategy for the data warehouse. Partner with engineering to optimize a canonical, well-modeled data layer. Own the strategy for exposing that data across the product and prioritize it as the foundation for all platform and AI features. Activation + AI: Own how users extract value through benchmarks, analytics, dashboards, and in-product surfaces. Drive AI features and implementations on the data foundation. Own and expand dashboarding and analytics tooling, extending into benchmarking tools. You will lead major feature execution, anticipate dependencies, manage risk, and craft clear narratives connecting customer problems to solutions. Produce PRDs, feature briefs, and tickets that are thoughtful and compelling. Present roadmaps to leadership and build persuasive narratives grounded in data and customer stories. Balance speed and scalability with engineering partners. Approach data work with a commercial mindset: a data asset is only valuable if it serves an end-use case for customers. You'll mentor others and elevate product practice across the team. The role requires 5+ years of B2B/enterprise SaaS product management with a proven track record leading product areas end-to-end. You're a builder energized by complex problems, comfortable with messy datasets and intricate systems. You think natively in data—canonical models, schema consistency, integration sequencing. You understand that in finance and accounting domains, accuracy and trust are non-negotiable. You're pragmatic, shipping good solutions and iterating rather than waiting for perfection. Most importantly, you're driven by impact and want to fundamentally change how an industry works.
