You will join the Product team as a Product Manager focused on the Contractor Management vertical. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to a Group Product Manager. You will own the end-to-end experience for your product area, including both software and service components.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build solutions autonomously with minimal support from senior product leadership. Lead on complex solutions and manage internal expectations for intricate projects and prioritization decisions.
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for your area. Break down strategic plans into near and mid-term goals, align with company objectives, and become the subject matter expert for your product domain.
• Drive rapid iteration and shipping. Support high-throughput delivery, understand key business KPIs, and align team metrics to directly improve them. Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate and collaborate across the organization. Share techniques and learnings, promote team work internally and externally, work asynchronously and transparently, and contribute to tactical and strategic decision-making.
You bring prior PM experience at a high-growth company, strong judgment on both strategic and tactical decisions, and a track record of moving products in the right direction. Critically, you must be proficient in AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code—you will autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes and small code changes, not just write specifications. You have outstanding communication skills, can work independently in a remote environment, and are fluent in English.
