Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategic direction and evolution of Cloudflare Network Interconnect, a mature, high-impact product that powers secure, performant connectivity for organizations globally. This role sits within a growing infrastructure product management team and offers the opportunity to elevate an industry-staple product while directly influencing Internet stability and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary steward of the interconnect infrastructure's evolution, owning strategic direction and roadmap decisions
- Champion customer voice by building intimate relationships with internal and external customers, translating feedback into prioritized product requirements
- Develop and evangelize a product vision that scales from current customers to 10-100x growth
- Make data-driven prioritization decisions, collecting and disseminating data to build stakeholder trust
- Define and track success metrics throughout the product lifecycle, making them visible and actionable across teams
- Author use cases and detailed requirements based on real-world applications
- Collaborate across engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experience
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, methodical, and execution-oriented. You bring deep technical understanding of infrastructure and connectivity, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to drive consensus across diverse groups. You thrive in goal-oriented, data-driven environments and have a passion for building scalable frameworks.
Minimum 4+ years of product management experience required, with domain expertise in making deployment decisions based on data.
