Tutor Intelligence is an MIT-founded AI software company building general-purpose robots for manufacturing and industrial settings. The company combines human and artificial intelligence to deploy robotics solutions directly into factories and facilities. You will own the commercialization and business growth of Cassie, the company's flagship robotics product line. This is an externally-focused generalist role combining product strategy, business development, and technical problem-solving. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the product roadmap and identifying adjacent markets for expansion - Conducting technical solutioning with customers; translating engineering constraints into viable solutions - Managing P&L, unit economics, and financial fundamentals for the product line - Coordinating across customers, partners, investors, vendors, and domain experts to advance deals and projects - Gathering technical input from engineering and translating it into clear external narratives - Managing multiple concurrent commercial threads through structured communication and follow-through - Producing high-volume written communication (emails, briefs, one-pagers, recaps) - Identifying creative commercial angles and partnership opportunities - Supporting leadership on cross-functional strategic projects You'll spend most of your time in external conversations, crafting narratives, selling possibilities, and maintaining momentum across exploratory initiatives. This is venture-creation work embedded within a robotics company—not a process or internal analyst role. Required background: 1–4 years in a fast-paced environment (consulting, VC, investment banking, startup, PM, strategy, or technical roles). Technical degree, minor, or substantial coursework required. Strong client-facing instincts with ability to sell, persuade, and negotiate. Exceptional organizational skills managing concurrent threads. Excellent written communication. Creative, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring vague ideas into concrete next steps.
