Remote is a global employment platform that helps organizations recruit, pay, and manage international teams compliantly. You'll join the Product team as a Billing Platform Product Manager, leading strategy for a key financial product area within the Fintech vertical.
In this role, you'll be part of a triad of product managers in the billing team, each owning independent teams while collaborating across interconnected scopes. You'll develop and guide strategy for billing and invoicing features, working with cross-functional engineering and design teams to identify critical problems and shape iterative solutions.
Key responsibilities include: building end-to-end billing solutions that combine software and human-powered services; owning complex product initiatives with minimal senior support; developing effective roadmaps and strategy aligned with company-level finance and billing goals; shipping improvements quickly and iteratively; and serving as the subject matter expert for your product area. You'll manage internal expectations for complex projects, break down strategic plans into achievable near and mid-term goals, and contribute to scaling and growth plans.
You'll also drive cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and stakeholders; communicate asynchronously and transparently; understand key business KPIs and align team metrics to improve them; and contribute to the broader Product organization by sharing techniques and learnings.
Required qualifications: prior PM experience in billing, invoicing, or similar domains at high-growth companies; proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes; strong judgment on strategic prioritization and tactical feature scoping; demonstrated self-driven results moving products forward; passion for creating seamless products even when addressing complex challenges; outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments; and fluent English (written and spoken). Remote work experience is a bonus.
