Remote is a global employment platform that helps organizations recruit, pay, and manage international teams compliantly. As Product Manager for the Billing Platform, you'll own a critical product area within the Finance vertical, leading strategy and execution for billing and invoicing solutions. You'll be part of a triad of product managers in the billing team, each leading independent teams within an interconnected scope. Your responsibilities include building end-to-end solutions that combine software and human-powered services, owning the complete customer experience from implementation through ongoing value delivery. Key responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategy for the billing platform, breaking down strategic plans into near and mid-term goals - Lead complex solutions autonomously, managing internal expectations and navigating prioritization decisions - Ship improvements iteratively, working with engineers and designers to solve complex problems - Become the subject matter expert for your product area, contributing to scaling and growth plans - Drive high throughput and ROI for your product team, aligning work to key business KPIs - Communicate asynchronously and transparently across the organization, promoting your team's work internally and externally You'll work in a fully remote, globally distributed environment with team members across six continents. The role emphasizes autonomy, self-driven results, and the ability to work independently on features and iterations, escalating only complex problems to senior leadership. Required experience includes prior PM roles in billing, invoicing, or similar domains at high-growth companies. You must be proficient with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) and able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes—not just write specifications. Strong judgment in both strategic and tactical decisions, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English are essential.
