You will join the Product team as a Billing Platform Product Manager, part of a triad of product managers in the billing vertical. Each PM leads independent teams while collaborating within an interconnected scope. This is a key role in the Finance vertical, where you'll develop and guide strategy for a critical product area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build end-to-end billing and financial services solutions that combine software and human-powered services
- Own complex solutions independently, leading without requiring senior product team support
- Manage internal expectations for complex projects while navigating challenging prioritization decisions
- Develop effective roadmaps and strategy for your product area in Finance
- Break down strategic plans into near and mid-term goals that are easy for others to understand
- Align product roadmap with department and company-level problems
- Become the subject matter expert for your product area
- Contribute to scaling and growth plans
- Ship improvements quickly and iteratively, finding minimal solutions to problems
- Support a product team delivering high throughput and ROI
- Understand key business KPIs and align team work to directly improve them
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders on complex problems
- Communicate and promote team work internally and externally
- Work asynchronously and transparently
- Contribute to tactical and strategic decision-making for your business area
Required Experience:
- Prior experience as a product manager in billing, invoicing, or similar domain, ideally at a high-growth company
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes
- Strong judgment in both strategic (prioritization) and tactical (feature scope) decisions
- Demonstrable, self-driven results that have moved products in the right direction
- Passion for creating seamless, effective products even when addressing complex challenges
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments (business operations, sales, etc.)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
