You will join the Product team as a Billing Platform Product Manager, part of a triad of product managers in the billing vertical. Each PM leads independent teams while collaborating within an interconnected scope. This is a key role in the Finance product area, where you'll develop strategy and guide product direction for billing and invoicing solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building end-to-end billing and financial services solutions that combine software and human-powered services
- Leading complex solutions autonomously without requiring senior product team support
- Managing internal expectations for complex projects and navigating prioritization decisions
- Developing effective roadmaps and strategy for your product area in Finance
- Breaking down strategic plans into clear near and mid-term goals
- Aligning product roadmap with department and company-level objectives
- Becoming the subject matter expert for your product area
- Contributing to scaling and growth plans
- Shipping improvements quickly and iteratively with minimal viable solutions
- Supporting a high-throughput, high-ROI product team
- Understanding key business KPIs and aligning team metrics to improve them
- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders on complex problems
- Communicating and promoting team work internally and externally
- Working asynchronously and transparently
- Contributing to tactical and strategic decision-making for your business area
Required qualifications:
- Prior experience as a product manager in billing, invoicing, or similar domain, ideally at a high-growth company
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes and code changes
- Strong judgment in both strategic prioritization and tactical feature scoping decisions
- Demonstrated, self-driven results that have moved products in the right direction
- Passion for creating seamless, effective products even when addressing complex challenges
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments (business operations, sales, etc.)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
