As Product Manager, you will drive the creation of exceptional products and user experiences by blending business insight, creative product thinking, and technical expertise. You'll play a key role in shaping the product roadmap and future direction, providing strong input across product and design decisions. Your work will empower thousands of companies on Venn to better manage their finances by expanding and enhancing core product capabilities.
You will use data, experimentation, and real customer feedback to continuously refine and evolve the product. Close collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams is essential to ensure high-quality delivery. You'll also help shape the overall vision, strategy, and operational processes that will scale product management as Venn grows.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of product management experience, successfully taking technical products from concept to launch. You possess a strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of how to use data and experimentation to drive decisions. You're skilled at navigating complex trade-offs and prioritizing effectively in fast-moving environments, and you excel at collaborating with diverse stakeholders and large cross-functional teams. Clear and confident communication—both written and verbal—is essential.
Bonus experience includes early-stage or fast-growing startup background and fintech domain knowledge.
