Twilio is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Super Network Data & Analytics product vision and strategy. In this role, you will shape the future of global connectivity by developing and executing product strategy, collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to launch high-impact solutions. You will mentor and guide a team of product managers while driving the ideation, development, and launch of groundbreaking products.
Key responsibilities include developing and communicating the product vision and roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams on product planning and execution, driving business development opportunities through alliances and partnerships, conducting data-driven business reviews to analyze product performance and revenue impact, shaping global data strategies with the GTM team, and cultivating the ecosystem and community around data evolution within Super Network.
You will use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions, secure executive buy-in, and drive measurable team, product, and financial performance. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the maturity to present complex business and technical concepts to C-level executives.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred), 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on communications, proven track record of successful product launches, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, and demonstrated initiative and ownership in managing ambiguous challenges.
Desired qualifications include a strong balance of business acumen, technical insight, and user-centered design skills, and a strong understanding of the global communications industry, trends, and market dynamics.
