Thatch is building software that gives employees real control over how they use their health benefits. We're seeking a Product Manager to own one of our core product areas end-to-end, from strategy and prioritization through execution and continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll own a complete product surface serving one of our key user groups—members, employers, brokers, or partners. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to solve some of the hardest problems we face, which often span product, operational, financial, and technical domains.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning a product surface end-to-end, from strategy through execution and continuous improvement
- Partnering with engineering and design to build intuitive, reliable, and scalable products
- Using qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and improve customer experience
- Working across functions (engineering, operations, finance, support, go-to-market) to solve complex customer and business problems
- Turning ambiguous problems into clear plans and helping the team make thoughtful product decisions
We're looking for someone with 4-6 years of product management experience and a track record of owning products or product areas end-to-end. You should have strong systems thinking, technical fluency to partner effectively with engineers, experience working across functions to solve operationally complex problems, and excellent communication skills.
Experience that stands out includes building products in healthcare, benefits, fintech, or other regulated industries; owning billing, payments, ledgers, or money movement systems; improving operational workflows; or defining strategy for early-stage product areas.
Thatch is a fully distributed, early-stage company focused on transforming how America approaches healthcare. We value ownership, trust, speed, continuous learning, collaborative problem-solving, and building the right thing over perfect process.
