As a Product Manager, you will own a significant product area, working closely with Senior Product Managers, the CTO, and engineering teams to translate the company's vision into exceptional products. You'll drive prioritization and execution, helping build products that underpin the future of healthcare. Key responsibilities include owning strategy and roadmap for one or more products/features, translating Tandem's vision into clear priorities and execution. You'll shape how product operations function at an AI-native company, translate vision into execution by working closely with Product and Engineering to guide decision-making, prioritization, and delivery. You'll shape products that power healthcare workflows and systems that set new standards in safety, efficiency, and usability. You'll balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, foster a culture of rapid iteration with short feedback loops and continuous learning, and act as a bridge between disciplines ensuring alignment. You should have experience building products in high-performing product organizations, ideally in startup or scale-up environments. You need strong experience leading product development end-to-end from strategy through execution, enough technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers on complex systems, and strong communication and leadership skills to align diverse stakeholders. You should have a bias toward clarity, action, and momentum, curiosity and a builder's mindset, and genuine excitement for shaping products with direct impact on healthcare across Europe. You should be comfortable working close to code—able to read, reason about, and occasionally contribute small changes to better understand product behavior and tradeoffs, and experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment without relying on formal authority. Bonus qualifications include strong design skills (preferably Figma), actual software engineering skills, healthcare experience, and experience building AI-native product intake and release processes. The role is based in Tandem's HQ in the Epicenter building in Stockholm, with primary work from the office to collaborate, connect, and build culture.
