As Product Manager, you will own the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement. You'll partner closely with engineering, go-to-market, and leadership teams to shape product direction and strategy. Your responsibilities include translating customer feedback and market trends into clear, actionable product requirements; leading discovery through customer interviews, market research, and data analysis; and prioritizing features that improve banker productivity and customer outcomes. You'll also support go-to-market teams with product messaging and enablement materials.
The ideal candidate brings five or more years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or AI platforms, with a proven track record of building and scaling complex B2B products. You should have strong command of agile methodologies and the full product development cycle, excellent communication skills combined with sharp analytical and storytelling ability, and a customer-first mindset with genuine interest in solving real-world problems with AI.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in financial services or banking environments, familiarity with CRM systems, data pipelines, or large language models, a background in software engineering or data science, and an MBA or technical degree.
