Reserv is an insurtech company founded by insurance veterans and backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures. The company is building AI and automation technology to modernize claims processing, addressing long-standing inefficiencies in the insurance industry. As Senior Product Manager, Data, you will lead the development and innovation of data-centric products that support Reserv's insurance services and operations. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, responsible for managing data products that drive decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer value. Key responsibilities include: - Develop deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate ideas to grow market share and drive growth - Create internal and external buy-in for the product vision - Develop product pricing and positioning strategies - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact - Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment with company goals - Oversee the complete product lifecycle from requirements gathering through feature launch - Continuously optimize product performance to meet evolving market needs - Drive product launches in coordination with PR, executives, and other product team members - Act as product evangelist to build awareness and understanding - Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback - Support the product function globally You will work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambitious but attainable goals. The role requires close collaboration across functions and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of product management experience with focus on data-driven products, ideally in insurance or financial services - Familiarity with data architecture, data management, and analytics platforms - Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams - Experience managing products in Agile environments, including writing user stories, managing backlogs, and facilitating sprint planning - Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles, developing and prioritizing roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business goals - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to make data-informed decisions in fast-paced environments - Data analytics skills and experience with business intelligence tools and performance metrics - Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders - Customer-centric approach with ability to gather insights and transform them into product features - Strategic thinking ability to align product strategy with business objectives Note: Candidates must reside in an eligible U.S. state throughout employment.
