As a Product Manager, you will own a product area end-to-end, defining key problems and creating a focused roadmap that drives measurable outcomes. You will build deep expertise in the company's business model, users, and core healthcare processes, leading cross-functional discovery exercises and collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams.
Key responsibilities include: defining and owning product strategy for your area; conducting user research and discovery to inform roadmap decisions; partnering with engineering on sprint planning, prioritization, and retrospectives; driving data-informed prioritization and impact measurement; influencing cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and collaboration; and ensuring successful go-to-market execution for feature releases.
