Oath is building the future of audit through a modern audit firm powered by an AI financial verification platform. The company is in early access, moving fast, and focused on earning client trust through rigorous verification processes.
As an experienced Product Manager, you'll lead product development with a hands-on approach to AI. This role requires building AI features, agents, and workflows directly using tools like Claude Code—not just writing roadmaps about building. You'll prototype and ship features yourself, using AI daily to amplify your throughput and test ideas in real time.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build with AI hands-on: Prototype and ship AI features, agents, and workflows using modern tools. You should be building and testing ideas, not only documenting them.
• Run experimentation loops: Increase both the number of experiments the team runs and the win rate. Ship, learn, iterate, and document learnings so the team compounds knowledge.
• Own delivery cadence: Keep engineering and design organized, on-task, and unblocked across two-week cycles. Bring structure to ambiguity so momentum holds when priorities shift.
• Shape and scope work: Turn raw ideas into well-shaped, right-sized bets. Define what's in, what's out, and where the risks are before the team commits.
• Drive business success: Set product goals aligned with the business and help deliver them. Define metrics with the audit and verification team.
You bring at least 9-10 years of PM experience with strong organizational skills and a track record thriving at startups. You have experimentation rigor, delivery discipline, and the ability to shape fuzzy problems into clear bets. You're exceptionally organized, growth-oriented, and allergic to work that doesn't move the needle. You operate with high agency, work autonomously and fast, and thrive in ambiguity and pace.
