Niural is an AI-native global PEO (Professional Employer Organization) platform that combines payroll, benefits, compliance, and vendor payments into a single intelligent system. The company has raised $52M in Series A funding and generates $200M+ in annualized gross revenue. Powered by EMMA, an AI coworker that executes payroll and compliance across 150+ countries with near-perfect accuracy, Niural serves growing companies seeking enterprise-grade workforce management without legacy system overhead.
As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end experience for critical products within the Niural platform, working closely with engineering, design, and peer PMs. You'll translate ambiguous customer problems into clear, buildable requirements and maintain accountability from discovery through launch and iteration.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a product roadmap that balances customer needs, market trends, and company priorities; conducting customer research and data analysis to uncover problems worth solving; writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; owning features end-to-end with real delivery accountability; making fast prioritization calls and navigating technical tradeoffs with engineers; defining integration requirements and testing plans for regulated payroll and compliance features; identifying friction and gaps through data and user feedback; and collaborating fluidly across engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience), 2+ years of end-to-end product management experience, deep familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product features, comfort with technical discussions about engineering tradeoffs, strong communication and relationship management skills, and a track record of solving tough product problems. Experience with payments, subscriptions, payroll, HR tech, fintech, or other regulated domains is preferred. This is a full-time, in-office role requiring five days per week in the New York City office.
