Mytra is building a next-generation warehouse automation platform that combines robotics, AI software, and hardware systems to solve material movement and storage—a $1T market problem. The supply chain industry faces unprecedented pressure from e-commerce growth, rising costs, and disruptions, creating urgent demand for innovation.
As a Product Manager, you'll drive strategic development of this platform in a hands-on individual contributor role. You'll gather customer and field requirements, translate between engineering and commercial teams, and make prioritization decisions where hardware constraints, software capabilities, and customer commitments intersect. This role is designed for someone early enough in their career to seek reps on hard, ambiguous problems, yet strong enough to be trusted with them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive product development and execution through cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and clearly defined goals
- Collaborate with engineering to balance hardware constraints with software capabilities and customer requirements
- Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvements
- Conduct competitive analysis and positioning against traditional automation and emerging robotics solutions
- Ensure products meet industrial standards for safety, reliability, and performance in warehouse environments
- Coordinate with operations teams on manufacturing scalability, supply chain optimization, and quality assurance
Ideal candidates have experience bringing complex hardware-software integrated products to market, comfort with robotics and manufacturing considerations, and the ability to thrive in uncertainty. You should excel at conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and be excited about shaping an immature but high-impact product.
