Marti is Turkey's leading mobility platform, founded in 2018, offering ride-hailing (cars, motorcycles, taxis) and a large fleet of shared e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters. The company operates proprietary software systems and IoT infrastructure, with a vision to make everything on wheels electric and shareable.
As Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and engineering capacity. Key responsibilities include:
• Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and backlog refinement with engineering teams, ensuring clear scope, priorities, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs, business impact, marketplace dynamics, competitive insights, and data.
• Lead the full product development lifecycle from problem discovery through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design iterations for both passenger and driver experiences.
• Work directly with engineering teams to define solutions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and resolve blockers.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, translate business requirements into product initiatives, and align cross-functional teams around priorities and trade-offs.
• Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and success metrics; identify opportunities and performance gaps.
• Analyze feature adoption, conversion funnels, user behavior, marketplace performance, and customer feedback.
• Use AI-powered tools for product discovery, research, requirements development, competitive analysis, UX analysis, and KPI monitoring.
• Balance short-term business priorities with long-term product strategy and technical sustainability.
• Coordinate across squads working on passenger experience, driver experience, payments, pricing, dispatch, and marketplace systems.
Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; 4–5 years of Product Management experience in technology-driven consumer products; proven track record taking products from ideation to launch and optimization; strong hands-on experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile; ability to manage stakeholders and conflicting priorities; strong collaboration with design teams; analytical mindset; strong technical understanding; ability to define clear product requirements; experience defining and tracking KPIs; proficiency with AI tools for product management; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Experience with real-time systems, marketplaces, mobility, or ride-hailing products; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Firebase; hands-on experience with modern AI tools; background in fast-growing tech startups or marketplaces.
