Kivo Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for their AI-powered telehealth platform serving seniors with chronic lung disease. This is the company's first dedicated PM role, reporting directly to the founding team.
You'll own the full product lifecycle for Kivo's tech-enabled healthcare clinic, working closely with Engineering and Operations to design and ship features that address both patient and internal operational needs. You'll drive key business metrics including enrollment conversion, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Example projects include designing AI-powered workflows to reduce clinician charting time from 40 minutes to 5 minutes, and building new exercise features for their Kivo Beyond lung maintenance program.
Kivo Health just completed their Series A and is scaling rapidly across 9 states in partnership with major health systems including UCLA and Stanford. The company is already profitable and growing quickly, with a mission to reduce hospitalizations and improve quality of life for chronic disease patients.
Your first 90 days: (0-30) onboard into the business, product, KPIs, and OKRs; (30-60) lead initiatives to increase enrollment conversion by 10% through onboarding flow improvements; (60-90) design and ship new features for the lung maintenance program.
The founding team includes Vaughn (CTO), a serial YC founder with a Trulia exit, and Victor (CEO), a Stanford-trained physician. You'll work directly with both founders and a talented engineering team that includes a former NASA engineer.
This is an in-office, Seattle-based role. The company is flexible on title and open to discussing fractional PM arrangements if needed.
