As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in realizing Glean's vision to become the most powerful AI assistant, delivering enterprise-contextualized intelligence and proactive support seamlessly across every workflow. You'll join a lean product team with outsized influence over both the product roadmap and team structure.
Key responsibilities include: spending significant time with customers to understand their knowledge needs; developing key parts of the product roadmap that marry customer needs with product vision; empowering your team through context, direction, and alignment; driving customer-focused decisions and efficient execution; coordinating cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and stakeholders; and building scalable processes for rapid growth.
You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success partners to understand customers and build category-defining tools. This role offers breadth and depth of experience across the full product lifecycle in an AI-driven enterprise platform.
