In this role, you will work directly with the founders and own large swaths of the product surface area. This is an ownership role, not a feature-factory position. You will influence onboarding, campaign systems, AI workflows, enterprise features, and more. The role is highly cross-functional and highly visible within the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own product outcomes: define problems clearly, propose solutions, ship quickly, and iterate based on data and customer feedback
- Turn ambiguity into clarity by shaping the roadmap rather than just executing it
- Partner tightly with engineering and design teams to drive products from idea through spec, launch, and iteration
- Obsess over customer success by understanding advisor churn, campaign failures, and how to increase activation and retention
- Balance speed with rigor, ensuring the team ships the right things fast
- Operate at startup velocity, handling context switches, shifting priorities, and aggressive timelines
You should be an owner who doesn't wait to be told what to do and fixes broken things proactively. You thrive in high-trust, high-autonomy environments and move at the speed of light. You aren't afraid of ambiguity and are deeply customer-obsessed. You communicate clearly and directly, push back when needed, and care about craft in specs, thinking, and execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience shipping products in fast-moving startup environments
- Strong product judgment; ability to quickly form and defend opinions
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Experience working on B2B products
