You'll own product initiatives across notifications, sharing systems, and core mobile user flows. This is a highly execution-focused role requiring deep understanding of user behavior, engagement loops, and retention mechanics. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and growth teams to ship impactful features that improve activation, re-engagement, and overall user experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and drive product initiatives across notifications, sharing, and mobile user flows
- Define and optimize engagement loops, including push notifications, in-app messaging, and social sharing mechanics
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, high-quality mobile experiences across iOS and Android
- Use data and user insights to identify opportunities to improve activation, retention, and engagement
- Write clear product requirements, define success metrics, and ensure high-quality execution
- Lead projects end-to-end, from ideation through launch and iteration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, marketing, support, data, and creator teams to align on product strategy
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate in a fast-paced, live product environment
You should have 4–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing products with strong background in social platforms, gaming, or live-service products. Deep understanding of mobile product development (iOS and Android), notifications, sharing systems, and engagement features is essential. You'll need strong product intuition around user behavior, retention, and growth loops, plus the ability to operate with speed and clarity in a startup environment. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration are critical.
Standout candidates will have experience with real-time or highly interactive products, gamification and engagement systems, design thinking, viral loops and social mechanics, and passion for gaming culture and creator ecosystems.
