Factory is building autonomous software development tools powered by AI. As a Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution for key areas of the product suite, shaping how engineering teams experience autonomous development workflows.
You will partner directly with customers to understand their pain points and translate feedback into actionable product improvements. You'll collaborate with engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to ship features that push the boundaries of AI capabilities for developers. Your responsibilities include owning roadmaps for multiple major product areas, driving product launches from concept through release, and building scalable processes as the product team grows.
The role requires sharp technical instincts and genuine empathy for developer workflows. You should be equally comfortable diving into technical architecture discussions and presenting roadmap priorities to leadership. You'll thrive in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment, taking ownership end-to-end.
Required qualifications: 5+ years spanning product and engineering roles, with at least one year in an engineering role. Strong technical foundation with proven ability to partner closely with engineering teams on complex technical products. Demonstrated track record of driving product launches with meaningful user adoption or commercial impact. Background in developer tools or infrastructure products is a plus. Active engagement with the AI ecosystem, including hands-on experimentation with coding agents and model capabilities.
