As Product Manager, you will shape Engrain's product direction by collaborating across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Leadership. You'll translate complex business requirements into technically sound product specifications and leverage modern AI tools to ensure high-quality handoffs to engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include:
• Define product requirements, write user stories, and create clear technical documentation
• Drive Atlas delivery by converting roadmap priorities into shipped features, managing the buildout and expansion of customer-facing Atlas while partnering with Engineering on phased modernization
• Serve as connective tissue across cross-functional teams, translating between technical and non-technical audiences and driving alignment when priorities compete
• Partner with Experience Design from discovery through delivery to shape intuitive, design-forward experiences
• Use AI tools end-to-end: leverage GitHub Copilot and CLI tools to prototype flows, synthesize research into specs, and validate logic before engineering handoff
• Collaborate with Engineering to understand APIs, data structures, and integration points including data feeds, partner platforms, and Salesforce-sourced data
• Define success metrics, track performance, and partner with Marketing and Product Enablement on go-to-market launches

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–5 years as a PM in SaaS with a track record of shipping successful products
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to align engineers, executives, and non-technical customer teams
• Experience shepherding a product through major technical change (dependency upgrades, migrations, or rebuilds) while keeping existing users productive
• Hands-on experience with APIs and structured data: reading data models, tracing flows between systems, validating logic against real datasets
• 1+ years using GitHub Copilot or equivalent in daily workflow; comfortable in CLI; experience prototyping and opening lightweight PRs
• Familiarity with modern front-end stacks (e.g., React) and CRM/data platforms like Salesforce
• Familiarity with multifamily, PropTech, or broader real estate industry is a strong plus, especially understanding how property teams operate
