Ediphi is a cloud-based estimating and preconstruction platform for general contractors, founded in 2023 by Michael Navarro (estimating expert from Suffolk) and Dustin DeVan (founder of BuildingConnected, acquired by Autodesk for $275M). The company raised a $12M Series A from Norwest Venture Partners and is backed by Suffolk Technologies. As Product Manager, you'll lead the development of new features for Ediphi's core estimating workflows, working closely with engineers, designers, and industry experts. You'll own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, including: - Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM, support) to define, build, and launch features - Conduct user discovery and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and market trends - Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and user stories - Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact - Define success metrics and track feature adoption and performance post-launch - Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing on go-to-market strategy and feedback loops - Contribute to product strategy and long-term roadmap planning You'll need 4+ years of SaaS product management experience with a strong track record of building products from scratch. Key skills include excellent communication and stakeholder management, strong discovery and product sense, detail-oriented problem-solving, comfort with technical trade-offs, and data-driven decision-making. Construction tech or adjacent industry experience (fintech, insurtech, pre-construction) is strongly preferred. Startup experience on small, collaborative teams is a plus.
