Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven product initiatives within its Identity Security Platform. The role focuses on developing new capabilities in identity security, authorization, and privileged access management, with a specific emphasis on AI/ML-powered features.
You will translate emerging market trends and customer pain points into well-scoped product features, working closely with the Senior Director of Product Management. The position requires balancing startup velocity with enterprise-grade rigor—shipping innovative features quickly while ensuring they meet real-world customer requirements at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving AI product execution by converting market insights into feature specifications and product improvements
- Partnering across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver roadmap initiatives
- Owning product initiatives end-to-end from concept through launch, with measurable impact on adoption and user success
- Conducting discovery research with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams to validate AI-driven identity security opportunities
- Contributing to external thought leadership through customer conversations, case studies, and analyst/conference engagement
Required qualifications include 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML or cybersecurity domains. You should have deep familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA). Technical acumen is essential—solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts including large language models, multi-agent systems, MCP, and A2A protocols. You must be able to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and ensure product requirements reflect best practices in agent-enabled systems.
Additional requirements: proven collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals; knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices for enterprise software; demonstrated record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products; experience with open-source AI platforms or customer-facing products; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The role is hybrid, based in Mexico City (Reforma office, Tuesday–Thursday on-site). Delinea is a venture-backed identity security platform backed by TPG, serving the world's largest organizations.
