Conga is a commercial operations platform that unifies pricing, quoting, contracting, rebates, and communications for enterprise customers. The company serves over 10,000 customers worldwide, including more than 50% of the Fortune 100.
As Platform Product Manager, you will own the direction, planning, execution, and delivery of Conga's core platform capabilities—the foundational services and APIs that power the entire product suite. This is not a traditional product role; you are building the engine that other products are built on.
You will bridge technical and business worlds, working closely with engineering, architecture, and internal product teams to define and evolve APIs, integrations, and shared services. Your decisions ripple across every product team and customer. You'll set standards, define developer experiences, and make strategic trade-offs that balance internal platform needs with external extensibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning platform strategy and roadmap for core infrastructure and APIs
- Engaging with engineers at the architecture level on technical depth
- Translating platform capabilities into measurable business value
- Treating internal product teams as primary customers
- Solving high-leverage, foundational problems that impact the entire ecosystem
You report to the Group Product Manager and will be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
