Carwow is one of Europe's largest online car marketplaces, combining technology, media, and automotive expertise. Last year the company grew over 50% with nearly £3bn in cars bought on platform and £1.8bn listed for sale. This Product Manager role owns the dealer-facing "last-mile" product experience—the operational handover between a dealer buying a car and having it ready to resell. Currently, dealers must stitch together workflows across multiple platforms for collection, payment, pricing, and resale management. The role focuses on making this seamless: faster collections, frictionless final pricing, and wallet/payment solutions that reduce manual overhead and depreciation risk. Key responsibilities include: - Define product direction for dealer-facing tools, prioritizing work that drives engagement, retention, and revenue - Lead discovery with dealers through interviews, site visits, and data analysis to identify high-impact opportunities - Explore and test AI applications in dealer workflows: smarter scheduling, vehicle pricing recommendations, performance insights - Collaborate with tech leads, designers, and engineers to ship well-scoped solutions with clear success metrics - Build relationships with key dealer partners to validate product direction before building - Work with Account Management and Sales to understand churn drivers and adoption blockers - Translate qualitative feedback into structured product decisions - Communicate strategy and trade-offs clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Required experience: 1.5+ years in B2B or SaaS product management with demonstrated impact on engagement or retention metrics. Hands-on product discovery skills (running interviews, analyzing data, forming hypotheses). Genuine curiosity about AI and where it adds real value. Comfort with ambiguity and problem definition. Strong stakeholder management and clear communication. Nice-to-have: automotive or marketplace product experience, B2B gamification or engagement loop design, scale-up/high-growth background, new product launch and GTM experience. The interview process includes a talent screening call, hiring manager experience call, case study and task, and values interview.
