BinSentry is a fast-growing ag-tech company based in Kitchener, Ontario, focused on agricultural supply chain optimization. The company uses AI-powered optical sensors paired with software to help feed mills, grain handling facilities, and protein producers improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability. BinSentry currently monitors over 64,000 bins in real time across North America.
The Product Manager will lead the development and optimization of BinSentry's Devices portfolio, working closely with the CTO and VP of Product. The role encompasses two primary areas:
**Devices Product Manager:** Oversee goals, scope, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies for multiple hardware device efforts, including current and next-generation ProSense Feed and ProSense HD devices, plus Wi-Fi Gateways. Coordinate and drive design, prototyping, revision, certification, and new product introduction (NPI) efforts alongside Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, and Certification engineering teams.
**ProSense HD Product Manager:** Lead continuous improvement of frontier AI and software technology, user interface and experience enhancements, and new features that drive customer value. Collaborate with technical leadership on deep problem-solving to improve performance. Work with customers, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Development teams to refine and execute the HD Product Roadmap.
Key responsibilities include coordinating the product development process, facilitating design reviews, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and solve requirements and interdependencies, owning the ProSense HD roadmap with prioritization and resource planning, problem-solving product and feature development issues, collecting stakeholder feedback, and driving continuous product improvement.
Required competencies: systems thinking and problem-solving, hardware product development experience, SaaS product management, growth mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication at both detailed and executive levels.
