Salary: USD 165,000 - 195,000 / annual
Lab37 Robotics is a technology company developing and deploying robots for direct-to-customer food production. This Product Manager role owns the complete product definition, strategy, and roadmap for fleet management and support tools that enable Lab37's deployed robots from commissioning through ongoing service.
You will translate field insights and fleet telemetry data into clear product priorities and requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Own the fleet management product roadmap, defining features and prioritizing needs based on field research, fleet data, and business impact.
- Design commissioning and configuration workflows to ensure each robot has a trusted identity, approved configuration, and verifiable deployment history.
- Create fleet visibility tools that help teams understand system health, performance, and emerging risks across sites.
- Build proactive maintenance capabilities using telemetry anomalies and fault patterns to trigger alerts and preventive service actions.
- Design service and repair workflows from issue triage through verified return to service, including offline technician guidance and work logging.
- Define system integrations to ensure fleet tools reliably exchange asset and service data with ERP and related enterprise systems.
- Lead product delivery and rollout, including writing clear requirements, running field pilots, and iterating based on results.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making, defining measurable outcomes and using fleet availability and service performance metrics to guide priorities.
You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and field teams to solve complex problems at the intersection of connected devices, cloud software, and enterprise integrations. The role requires systems thinking and comfort with both technical and operational stakeholders.
