As a Product Manager, you will work across Engineering, Operations, and Research to identify and solve the most important problems in the business, turning them into scalable products and systems. You will own problems end-to-end: understanding user needs, deciding what should be built, working closely with engineers through execution, and validating that shipped solutions actually solve the underlying problem.
Key responsibilities include:

- Identify the highest-leverage product and infrastructure problems across the company
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction and technical requirements
- Partner with Engineering to ship products and systems quickly
- Balance immediate business needs with long-term scalability and maintainability
- Own product areas end-to-end, from problem discovery through launch and iteration
- Use data, user feedback, and business context to prioritize what gets built
- Help standardize and improve workflows as AfterQuery scales
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong technical fluency; prior experience in software engineering, ML, or data is a strong plus
- High ownership and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Strong product judgment and ability to identify the underlying problem behind user requests
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and operational teams
- Bias toward action and comfort moving quickly with incomplete information
- Strong user empathy and willingness to spend significant time understanding how people actually work
- Ability to synthesize fragmented feedback into clear priorities and product direction
